Appointment Policy

Our first appointment in the morning is scheduled for 8:30am and the last appointment of the day is scheduled one half hour before closing.  Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointment.

If you are coming to our hospital for the first time and your pets have been seen by another veterinarian; please plan, if possible, to being copies, or have your previous veterinarian fax copies, of your medical records and any prior treatment plans.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet.

We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.


If you have any concerns about your pet being aroung other animals, please notify our receptionist upon your arrival;and, we will be happy to move you directly into an exam room as soon as possible.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal checks, traveler's checks and Care Credit.
